“I had not worked out in years and decided to make a change. I did my research and decided on ERA Fit Personal Training and was matched with trainer Giuseppe Baldasseroni. I have been thrilled with my progress over the last 5 months. With Giuseppe I went from being unable to squat at all to doing squats holding 20 lbs. I could not go up stairs without being winded and now I easily use the stairs. He has improved my posture. And, with his guidance I have lost weight and developed muscles !! Giuseppe is knowledgeable, personable and very patient. He is always changing up our workout routine. He gives me recommendations of workouts to do when I am not at the gym and offers diet advice. In addition, the gym is spotless and well-lit and has a very collegial atmosphere. I am a very satisfied client !!”

“I began working out at Primal with Matt (who is Amazing). I had tried gyms before, with no luck. Mostly due to traveling for work and not having healthy earthing habits. I met my goals with Matt training me rather quickly, and with no major “unsustainable” life style changes. Just the dial up and dial down method and the personal Training. I physically saw the difference and felt better! And I have maintained my weight loss and muscle gain. So happy to have found this amazing tribe of trainers and cool people that go to the gym!!!”

“I was so happy when I found this place because I was looking for both spinning and boxing which were a must for me. Then I was encouraged to try the body training class and I LOVED IT. It’s a 45 min class that feels like 15 min. It’s super clean, and I also loved how all the women there are so nice, as well as the coaches, I got really good homey and positive vibes which can be hard to find in other gyms!”

“3/3/25—This morning, I woke up debating whether to exercise. I figured I would try the CrossFit gym near me. I almost signed up for the one-month contract but decided to drop in first—I didn’t want to risk buyer’s remorse.

I took a Lyft and barely made it on time. It turned out to be surprisingly close to the house I’m renting for the month. As soon as I walked in, the training started right away. I got a solid workout in and shared a rack with a friendly lady, and later, a second person joined us. Today’s workout included running—800m, 400m, and 200m—but I only ran as much as I felt was enough.

After the workout, I noticed they had a coffee machine and some treats for sale. The bathroom felt like a spa, which was a nice touch. I wanted to buy a T-shirt, but the staff was busy with a competition. I’ll stop by later to get one since I like collecting workout T-shirts from different places I’ve trained around the world. Oh , they jump ropes and other goodies . Actually I tried the jump ropes they had hanging inside the gym . Really good ones !

So, I am still in the debating phase. I’m not sure if I should commit to the three-times-a-week plan for a month. I also want to try different workouts like Pilates, pole fitness, and boxing, so I need to figure out a plan.”

When I walked into Unbound CrossFit almost two months ago, I had absolutely zero knowledge or experience with CrossFit. Frankly, I was a bit intimidated! But from day one, going Monday through Saturday, this gym has completely changed my perspective and fitness journey.
The coaches Michelle and Franco at Unbound are incredible. They've been incredibly patient and supportive, breaking down every movement and making sure I understand proper form before increasing any weight or intensity. I never feel lost or out of my depth, even in a class with more experienced athletes. It's clear they genuinely care about each person's progress, regardless of their starting point.
The community here is also fantastic. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. There's a real sense of camaraderie that makes showing up every day something I actually look forward to.
