“Best T-Mobile store in the area! I had a very unfortunate situation where my phone got locked, and the first store I went to on wells road did not help, and customer service could not. Luckily I went here where I was greeted by Ness, and Chase. As soon as I explained the situation to Ness she got straight to work. She assured me she would find a resolution. In less than 10 minutes she fixed the problem, as where I wasted 2-3 hours between the first store and customer service. I recieved beyond amazing customer service from both Ness, and Chase. “I went in looking for Darid, i worked with her multiple times and she was the absolute best with anything you brought to her. This time around i got to work with Yari to add a line, she created such an awesome atmosphere in her store, she is professional and fun to work with all in one.
