We love it here! Maintenance is fast, and every time we’ve had any small issue it has been handled quickly. It’s also relatively quiet here which has definitely been something hard to find in Orlando.

Very quiet and great location for residents. The only con is that parking spots are filled quickly and if you work later than 6pm they are slim pickings.

Maintenance Rodolfo Ravelo was very quick at responding to a maintenence issue and handled it very well. Fixed more than just the issue I was having
