If I could give 0 I would! Terrible service!! Over charged my parents when I clearly said no extra driver or additional insurance was needed because I booked through another site all insurance. TERRIBLE!! Stay away!! $400 for 2 days ducked tape Nissan Altima! 0 star!

Car was fine, but was given a lesser version of what was ordered.Aggressive upsell and additional charges. Rental ended up being more than 2x what was ordered online. Car also wasn't close to full when I got it.Reached out via phone and electronically and got no response.

I tried to call for about 10 minutes, after which I waited for this shuttle for half an hour and got a taxi. The line before the desk was more then 15 people. I thought about terrible service in Orlando.But specialist of the desk saved the situation. I got a new car with really good conditions.
