“We had our apartment lose power due to a problem with our oven range at 11pm and Manuel Solano, the Assistant Service Manager came to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of the power outage and got our power back on.
He was there the next day with a new oven range and everything was fixed. 10/10”
“This has by far been one of the best apartments I have rented from. The staff is responsive, especially Luis Mercado, and the apartments are a great size. The wooden framing does provide an easy medium for sound to travel which I found to be a problem with listening to my upstairs neighbors walking/running and rolling things around. Can’t do much for that I suppose but otherwise it’s been amazing. The lake in the front and especially the back of the apartment are beautiful and really gives you a great slice of nature amongst the city architecture. Another thing is I have never had a bug issue with this complex and to date have not seen a single cockroach. I do however have some spider friends on patio but I like to think of them as extra security to keep the bugs away.”

“I have been so happy since I moved here. The apartment has a great amount of space and looked brand new when I moved in. The grounds are well kept. It makes you feel like you’re on vacation when you get home from work. The management staff are extremely helpful and professional. They have responded in a timely manner when I have had questions. “Such a great experience living her for 4 years! Sometimes the rent is a bit high but I love living here with the use of the pool gym and club house it’s an awesome place to live. We had a pool party the others day and it was great, with all of the free drinks and food it was a blast my kids had a wonderful time and they will love to go again some time soon. I love how the
maintenance people are always here day of or day after request was sent, but to sum it all up, the complex is great and I will never have no complaints??”
“Current resident who just renewed for another 14 month lease- my boyfriend and I love it here. You hardly hear noise from neighbors whether it be those above or next to you. Maintenance staff is very quick to respond to requests, and the leasing staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is so convenient that you get all the perks of living downtown, but you can easily avoid all of the craziness of the night life. ?”

“We lived at DWELL for a year and absolutely loved it. The whole experience — from move-in to move-out — was smooth and stress-free. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and we never had any major issues. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive — any small requests we had were resolved the same day.
The apartments are spacious and modern, the pool is clean, the gym is well-equipped, and the garage parking is super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We also had a few friends living here and they share the same positive opinion.
We only moved out because of personal circumstances, but we truly miss living at DWELL. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free living experience!”

“We recently moved in here. Bridgette was wonderful and knowledgeable in the apartments when we toured. I even forgot to ask a question and she’d emailed me back very quick.
We were in a pickle and hadn’t received our previous apartment renewal letter when we toured and Bridgette even guided us thru speaking with them since it was over due to get it. Finally once I did obtain that we had to give them a quick decision. Bridgette worked with us so fast approving us and having the process completed so I could let them know I moving. She was wondering and worked fast for us! We appreciated that so much.
Finally we are moved in and the so far no complaints the apartment is great it’s definitely better then what we came from and we are so happy. The place is pretty quiet and all our neighbors welcomed us and were friendly when we moved in. It a great location and you can tell it’s not party central over here. I cant even hear my neighbors except when they walk upstairs a little but it’s definitely 100 better than our previous complex neighbors lol. Parking isn’t really an issue we always find a spot close to the building. Pool is enjoyable. Love that the gates work. We definitely enjoy the pet section in the office for our kitty(sealed the deal ) I’m hoping we can live here for another few years if everything works out!”
