“I needed to browse options for a washer/dryer stack (laundry center) for delivery to a condo in downtown Orlando and came here after deciding, since they're located downtown, they must have experience with delivering up and down elevators and scheduling deliveries with condo management offices. After having visited a few scratch and dent warehouses around the city, including the Best Buy outlet towards Ocoee and a couple different spots in the strip malls along East Colonial, I found Southeast's new appliance prices to be comparable to most of those stores.
Greg, my salesperson, was genuine throughout our interaction. He applied no pressure and answered all of my questions patiently. He explained the total costs to me included their price for the appliance, a $100 delivery fee, and a $40 extra fee for delivering to home requiring stairs or elevator access. I found I was charged exactly as expected and the price included installation and relevant new fittings for the appliance to replace the old fittings in my home.
Delivery into condo units can sometimes be challenging in coordinating a schedule between the vendor and the condo unit management office. On the day of the delivery Southeast's delivery team made themselves accessible through text messages to me to work out when and where they had to be to check in with my condominium's management. They independently and politely worked with the management office and were all around bent on being helpful and made the entire delivery and installation process easy and gentle.
I definitely prefer the opportunity to shop with a local business so this entire experience was a nice surprise.”

“Although they did not have what I was looking for in their inventory at the time, 5 stars for customer service. I mentioned my washer was not filling and the gentleman showed me what part to pull, bring it to him and he will sell me a replacement. A few YouTube videos later, I did just that and my washer is working perfectly. This helpful advice saved me hundreds of dollars!”
“I brought several 4X10 sheets of Galvanealed steel for them to cut up into 16 different dimensions. about 16 different rectangles with all different sizes needed to be cut out of these sheets. They measured and cut them all perfectly, the price was great, And they were able to get it done quickly. I wish I had more metal projects so that I could work with them again. “I was walking home one day and happened to stumble upon this store. I did not know it was located here. I browsed the store for close to an hour. I managed to find some excellent deals! I also found some good deals. And there were also some not-so-good deals. I like what the store has to offer product wise and I'm always looking for the best deal possible. I am sure I will be stopping in here regularly just to see what is new, exciting or just catches my eye. I must say the staff was most helpful and very very efficient!! Thank you for a wonderful first experience and let's hope there's many more to come!UPDATE 2022: Unfortunately i have to report that this business has changed its business model a bit. when i originally visited they had pallets of merchandise. What may have been over stock from someplace or possibly close out items or even over purchased construction materials. Everything from exterior lighting for homes to business fire exit signs for business building interiors. From wheels for cabinets, chairs or maybe making your own roller skates. From door knobs to thingy-ma-bobs!. You could just get lost looking around . Now they have gone to just selling flooring, cabinets, vanities and other bath or kitchen building / remodeling items. its a great place if you are in the market for these things the way they display everything is very easy to browse and their customer service is still above par. I just like finding hidden treasures and bargains and i though i had stumbled upon a hidden gem. unfortunately for me my gem has lost its sparkle. But that's just my situation. I would and will still recommend this business for what it has become but probably with a little less enthusiasm than i had before.”

“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”
“This place is amazing! So many cool pieces of furniture liquidated from resorts. There were tons of items like TV’s, tables, chairs, pull-out bed couches, artwork, night stands, lamps and so much more. I got 4 really cool chairs that were from a Disney resort. They will go perfectly in my house on the coast. The team helped me load 4 chairs in my small car. It was awesome. The prices were good and I will absolutely be coming back.”
