Completely different experience from big box stores. In something they have more and in others less of a selection for hardware parts. But the service and knowledge can't be compared. The staff on the floor are much more helpful and patient then big box. Rewards program just makes it nicer:)

This place is my go to for hardware help. “Ace is the place, the helpful hardware store.” But that swole dude Tim didn’t seem like he wanted to help and seemed annoyed when I needed help like I was a burden for not knowing any bolt sizes. Maybe it wasn’t his day.
