Very rude while corporate told me to pick up at this location due to time and availability.

Waited 30 mins for someone to come to the desk. When they arrived informed me they were sold out of cars even though I had a reservation. Finally found a car for me. Car had 3/4 tank of fuel. I returned car at 3/4 tank and was charged a gas fee.

I came for a car and they tell me that they don't have a car for me. I have a booking confirmation. But they say that all the cars are gone. This is nonsense.
The worst thing is that the guy at the reception desk speaks terribly and didn't even try to help in any way. Terrible service.
