Appointment was 8.00 am came here on time got door now time is 9.40 am still didn’t start unloading even door light never change . Be ready for 6 hours they told me they are 6 hours behind all their schedules. Now its almost 7 hours and still waiting

Very long process to get unloaded my appointment was 11am it's 2:30pm still here waiting for my BOL. I'd advise owner operators not to book your next load because you will miss your appointment pick up time waiting here. This place is horrible with time management.

ZERO stars. This is one off the worst places I have ever delivered in 30 years! AVOID!! Don’t you even think about delivering here! Came at 7:00am and now is 1:30 pm still not ready. They are the worst of the worst!!!!!!! VERY SLOW!!!!
