“I love this place!! They always have new items in there every time I go and everything is priced to sell. Last item I just purchased was a brand new GE mini fridge for $90 and same model on Amazon is $299. Everyone that works there is always there super helpful, they even helped load the fridge into our car. Also, veteran owned and operated so we like to support and thank the owner as well!”

He was also very patient with all my questions and & Concerns. He got me out of there in about 10 minutes. Thought I’d be there a couple of hours looking for everything. By the way the Customer service desk also was engaged to help concerning my issue by escalating this situation to manager Mr Adam to see if there was anything else that he could do to help solve My issue. He was very patience and understanding and showed much concerns to resolving My issue to my Satisfaction and I'm forever grateful for the complete resolution and solutions to resolve this problem.

“I've always found the employees and management here to be very courteous and helpful. Today was no exception.
I wasn't sure how to exchange my propane tanks at the self service kiosk, so I went in to ask for help. A gentleman noticed I was carrying my two tanks for exchange. He said I could leave them by the door. I just needed to pay for the exchange first and the cashier would give me the authorization code to exchange them at the outside self service kiosk.
The cashier pointed out the authorization code and said I could use the code twice for both exchanges. I went to the kiosk, typed in the code and a door opened to insert the empty tank. I put the tank in, closed the door and I second door opened within 30 seconds, and I took out a full tank. I followed the same process for the second tank.
As of January 2026, tank exchanges are $22.74 each, limited to two tanks. If you need propane for the cold weather coming up, this is the place to go!”

“On Thursday bought a quart of paint. Told the young man its satin. He said no it's semi-gloss so that's what he gave me. Did the touch up. After it dries it's not right. Went back they gave me the correct one but the guy said I had to pay for it. No thank you. Spoke to higher up. They fixed the issue. Thank you very much. The young lady helped me and kept apologizing with sympathy. Not that she had to but it was sincere. She wanted to. Now that's great costumer service. Thank you again, night higher up. “I would like to recognize an associate who assisted me in the PVC area, aisle 14, on Monday, January 19, 2026. I believe his name may be Bob (not 100% certain), and he mentioned he transferred from the Kissimmee store.
I was trying to build a kids PVC trainer and was having trouble finding several parts, especially since the store did not have 4-way connectors in the sizes I needed. This associate went above and beyond by spending about an hour with me, starting around 4:00 PM, helping me come up with alternative solutions. He even took the time to watch a video with me so he could fully understand what I was trying to build and suggest different ideas based on what was available.
His patience, creativity, and willingness to truly help made a huge difference in my experience. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps customers coming back. I checked out at 5:17 PM, and his help was greatly appreciated.”
