Love shopping at J C Penny's but lately the cashier at the checkout start arguing about not using the J C Penny's card.And ,this was a back and froth exchange for ten minutes..Don't use credit cards but for emergency. And would appreciate if they would not be arumentive about this.

After a year, I went back to get a shorter bob and Lisa Z, the stylist did a great job with my hair. Will return to her again. My appt. Was at 1:00 and got called immediately. So am pleased for the service and the great job Lisa Z. did. Nice person for sure.???
