VICTORIA JEWELERS is the ONLY place I will buy my jewelry from now. No pushy sales people. No pressure. Gorgeous and clean setting. Professional, kind and knowledgeable staff. I went in today with a question and walked out with this stunning 14K Rose Gold 18 inch adjustable paperclip necklace! It’s solid, feels strong, obviously good quality. It shines bright and has the most beautiful warm tone because of the rose gold. I love how versatile it is. I can wear it layered with other necklaces as seen in the pictures, or I can wear it alone. Either way it’s gorgeous and a piece I see using daily for a lifetime. Since it’s adjustable I can wear at full length of 18 inches or I can shorten to a choker, or any other length in between which is awesome when you’re styling different looks! Hillary helped us and we love her! This necklace wasn’t even on the floor. They had beautiful yellow gold versions in the cases, and I asked her if it was possible to order in rose gold. She smiled and mentioned that she might have one in the vault! She was right! I tried it on and fell in love. She even provided an official appraisal immediately so that we could insure it right away. I have never been to a jewelry store like this. I’ve always felt like I’ve been taken advantage of whenever I’ve purchased jewelry in the past. I didn’t know what it felt like to be able to buy jewelry and feel like a fair exchange took place. This is why VICTORIA JEWELERS has my business now and will continue to so long as I am blessed enough to be able to be a customer. “The few times I've done business with these guys has been fast and professional. So I'd say everything was great considering it's a pawn shop. The main manager that I've dealt with at this location has always been very pleasant and professional. I don't like doing business with pawn shops because the customer always gets the losing end of the deal, especially when you're selling items. But if you are going to do business with a pawn shop, I'd recommend this place because they're professional, friendly and fast. That's why I give them a 5 star rating. Although they may treat me so nice because of how much money they've made off the items I sold them so cheap. J/K (kinda) LoL”

“I've gone to Sergio’s Fine Jewelry three times now (2020, 2021, and 2024) and the customer service is out standing. Sergio and his mother are very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They do not come off as pushy like other Jewelry stores can be. He even recognized who I was after three years. When I got a bracelet in 2021 from him, the exact size I was looking for was not at his Orlando location so he made a trip down to his Miami location to get the exact size I was looking for. I also found its pricing to be very good. I would recommend Sergio’s Fine Jewelry to anybody and everybody.I have been to Sergio’s Fine Jewelry three times (2020, 2021 and 2024) and the customer service is excellent.
