“On 4/22/25 I fainted outside UPS store at 3208 East Colonial, 32803 and fracture a bone in my face. Although not their job, Cody, Jasmine and Zasha quickly came to my aid. They contacted my son to inform him of what happen and where I was. They cared for me until the medical team arrived. Their kindness and quick thinking made all the difference in getting me prompt medical attention.
After released from the hospital, What truly touched me, was when I called five days later to thank them, Cody answered the phone, and instead of accepting praise, he just kept thanking me for calling — saying they had all been thinking about me and worrying about how I was doing.
In a world where young people are often unfairly judged as self-centered, these three stood out as shining examples of compassion, maturity, and integrity. It speaks volumes about how they were raised and the values they carry — qualities that make them not only exceptional individuals but truly valuable employees.
I hope their employer recognizes how lucky they are to have Cody, Jasmine, and Zasha on their team. They are a tremendous asset to UPS.

“UPS in Doctor Phillips provided amazing service. I needed to send a package and it's the first time I went to a UPS. Staff is super friendly, provided information with cost and different box sizes. They handled everything from taping it up, labeling the address. Item arrived quickly even though I did select no rush needed. I'm very appreciative of UPS Dr. Phillips. Maybe if you are someone who buys a lot of souvenirs from Universal Studios parks or Disney World and you need to send your stuff home. This is the place for you to handle that. I am just recommending for tourists as I live here and needed just to send a standard package. Thank you UPS Staff at Dr. Phillips location. ALSO, it's next to Publix, Pizza Hut and other shops. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Thank you.”

“Avalon Mail Center is such a great place to accomplish any of your mailing or office needs. I have used them for Faxing, copying and mailing. But the REAL Star of this business is Shanzay. (I hope I didn't destroy the spelling of her name.) She goes above and beyond in customer service. She has solved every problem in the easiest way possible. She can tell you which mail/package carrier is the best for your needs. She can solve your Amazon return mistakes, and she is working almost all the time. I hope that the Avalon Mail Center knows the Prize they have in this amazing employee.”
“I use this location to ship packages or get things notarized. There’s nothing especially great about this UPS store, but it is adequate for these purposes. Do take care when purchasing packing items here, they are extremely expensive.”

Our print work with this store over the last year has been extensive: signs, booklets, posters, a series of 10x10ft banners on metal frames, feather flags, pull up banners, a variety of marketing items, invitations, mail-out items etc. - We’ve literally done so much work with this store and couldn’t be happier.
Any issues that have arisen(my fault or theirs) this store has QUICKLY remedied and been so so kind.
