“Cynthia went above and beyond with my friend's queen sized mattress. All the beds she had in stock were so wonderful, the soft ones were so soft and the firm ones were even comfy. They even have some longer beds for tall people like myself. ? Cynthia was absolutely a blessing to work with, she was wonderful with my energized loud toddler son, as well, who was jumping on everything like a little lizard. My friends got a GREAT price on their queen sized mattress with the frame. She worked with them and got them within their budget, perfectly. I am planning on coming back with my parents in order to purchase a new mattress for myself and my son. I am DEFINITELY recommending anyone looking for a mattress to come here.”

“I tracked down this company after sleeping on one of their mattresses at a hotel during a wedding. I woke up confused both nights so it was a great sign. I bought a house and had my wife order the mattresses which they were able to get delivered on a Saturday for us. They offered same day delivery which was awesome! Great customer service, Stephanie walked us through the process, Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!”

“Both the salesman and manager were such great people. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but when I do it’s because of exceptional service. The salesman Hector knew the exact bed I wanted and told me to wait for them to bring it to the store one day so I could feel it even though I was about to buy another mattress. I felt this new mattress the next day and it was even better and for a great price. I bought it and the manager went out of his way to help deliver it to me. It seems like these people are really here to help you not just sell you a mattress. Highly recommend.”

“For months my wife and I have struggled with back pain on our old mattress. We had been reluctant to explore Sleep By Number mainly due to costs. Finally hitting our breaking point, we did a walk in to learn more. Naturally were concerned with pushy sales, and inflated prices. We were apprehensive at first but speaking with Jeff he wasn't pushing us to make a sale, rather took the time to show us and help educate us on why we may be experiencing poor quality sleep. He had us try the sleep number and various mattresses to find the best comfort setting . If you have never experienced this it is pretty amzing to see where your areas of discomfort are . I could tell Jeff was an expert as he knew exactly our sleep number by asking basic question of areas of discomfort or sleep patterns and had pre programmed what he thought we would enjoy. Talking with him and making a selection he showed us price plans and the financing options available which thankfully black Friday deals saved us alot and now a low monthly payment of less than $150 a month . Shipping time was normally two weeks but with holiday deals are getting it within two days. We are both super excited to get a good night's rest and try out the wastching tv function ,and sleep tracking app. I recommend anyone feeling discomfort to at least go in to learn more on why you may be experiencing poor sleep and ask for Jeff.”
