“I’m about to book my second appointment with Nic. I’m in my mid twenties, and have not gotten over my terrible fear of needles.
Nic was kind, mellow, and sat with me for several minutes while I mustered up the courage to allow him to begin the blood draw. I didn’t feel rushed, I didn’t feel as if he grew impatient from waiting for me, he was truly there for me and made sure I was comfortable enough and trusted enough for him to begin the blood draw.
I’m extremely sensitive to needles, and I didn’t feel ANYTHING. Not one pinch, not the needle moving side to side when he changed the tubes, not even when he removed the needle. It was the smoothest, quickest blood draw I’ve ever done. I will never go back to a traditional lab ever again for a blood draw, Nic has a forever customer with me!”
“I came here for a drug test for work a few months ago and when I called they answered the phone right away. They were really friendly and when I arrived the place was super clean and nice. The front desk staff was really friendly to me. I called again today for a procedure she answered all of my questions, gave me a cost so I atleast know when I go. I'm going tomorrow and I hope I get the same good service because if so this will be my go urgent care.”

“I have been to this location multiple times and am pleased and relieved every time. I am a hard stick, so much so that some urgent cares have stuck me 5 times before! Each time I have been here, the tech has listened to my concerns and have gotten blood with just one stick. Additionally, they are fast and I only ever have to wait for maybe one person ahead of me. Plus, labs result directly into MyChart. Highly recommend.”
