“TLDR: Jay and Joyce got my wife's phone working again.
Wife's phone has been having SIM issues at random. No calls, texts, video or emergency services available.
Spoke to the customer service number and had a reset sent ftom their end. Nothing changed. Went to a local branch and grabbed a new physical SIM. Installed, reset phone, no change.
Traveled to this location and explained the issues to Jay and Joyce. They recommended converting the phone to an E SIM. We removed the physical SIM and converted the phone. Tested multiple times in store and VIOLA! We got a working phone again.
Ask for the J's when you go here. Jay and Joyce, they will get you sorted.”
