I usually go to Autozone because of the convenience and I hate it every time. First time in an O'Reillys today. Immediately greeted by Jeremy. Asked what I was looking for. Took me straight to it. I was in and out of that place in a minute yet still felt valued. No more Zone for me.

CJ is outstanding. He assisted me with an issue I had with my battery. CJ was thorough, provided several noteworthy suggestions and saved the day. Excellent customer service. CJ is a keeper!

Great service at O'Reilly! (Phillip or Jeremy?), the manager, not only changed my Quest's light bulb but also taught me how to do it. Highly recommend for their expertise and customer care.
