I would give this misfit outfit zero stars. What a crappy business. Just absolutely screwed us with a rental of a wheelchair van for my son. Nothing in the process went right. Be advised to rent from some other van rental business!

I was refused a refund of $$$ because of no cancellation. The refund will go towards a future rental that will never happened. Do Not use Florida Van Renta!
