4/7/26 - 4:38pm. Mia is not very nice. I have always had a pleasant experience at this Publix pharmacy but Mia was very dismissive and seemed to be bothered at the fact she was doing her job. If you don’t want to be in a customer facing job, then don’t. There is no reason to act that way.

I've had a good experience in person, but the techs are curt and kind of rude on the phone. I get that they might be busy assisting other customers, but you can just tell me that; I can wait a little longer! There's no need to be so unkind when I'm just trying to get some help.

I've always received excellent service when visiting in person. However, *every* time I've ever called with a question, I get placed on an endless hold and can hear them picking up then placing me on hold again so the phone notifications will stop. Super frustrating for sure.
