Rosen Inn International is a budget-friendly hotel located very close to the Universal parks and International Drive, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is central and great, near all the main theme parks, with rideshare trips typically under $10. The hotel has clean rooms with all the basic necessities like a microwave, mini fridge, and tissues. The property features a shop, restaurant, bar, and a mini arcade. The beds are described as super comfy and relatively soft, though some rooms are a little dated and the property looks outdated. Rooms are handled well, with basic things and nothing above or beyond. Feedback on staff is mixed. The front staff is good, polite, and helpful, with some individuals noted for great energy. The dining and bar staff also receive praise for being attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. However, there are criticisms regarding specific waitstaff for poor service and automatic gratuity charges. The shuttle service to Universal is a significant point of frustration. While the buses are noted as on time and punctual by some, others report major issues. The shuttle has fixed run times that may not align with park hours, and information from staff about pickup locations can be lacking, leading to guest confusion and inconvenience. Some guests experienced problems with their room configuration and additional costs for extra beds. Other noted quirks include patchy WiFi in some areas and basic amenities like small pillows. The pools are clean and not too busy, though only one seemed heated. Parking is efficient with plenty of space. Overall, it is considered a cheap option where you get what you pay for, serving its purpose for a stay near the parks despite some drawbacks. Many guests state they would return, though some would seek breakfast elsewhere.
Ok hotel, good location, basic rooms. Pools ok,l. Note: WiFi is TERRIBLE. Keeps dropping out, reconnecting, losing signal. If from the UK can't watch Netflix due to VPN.

A good hotel with friendly staff; amenities include breakfast (20 dollars per person), a bar, billiards, a shop, a gym, two swimming pools, and designated smoking areas. Free shuttle service to Universal Studios and housekeeping are also provided. Overall, I recommend it.

My wife and I used to stay here years ago. We always liked it. It was nice to be back and still have the same great service. The only thing I would change is the parking fee. It is only $10 but I don't think any hotel should charge for parking. Maybe charge for an extra vehicle, but for the vehicle you arrived in, bit silly.
