The grounds feature over 8 acres of water, a giant water slide, 20 acres of beach, two golf courses, and 12 restaurants, including fine dining options with excellent service. Guests can enjoy a variety of accommodations, such as 11-bedroom houses with private pools, flats, and apartments, all offering plenty of space and safety in a gated environment. The property is walkable, with an adorable trolley available for convenience, and it’s close to Disney and Universal attractions. The staff is friendly and eager to help, contributing to an overall positive experience. Visitors praise the resort’s amenities, food options, and safety. However, some guests noted that the rooms sometimes lacked chairs and TVs, and cleanliness could be improved, as evidenced by leftover pretzels on the floor and bird droppings on balconies. Certain amenities, like cribs and coffee machines, were not always in perfect condition upon arrival, which required additional wait times. Parking is limited, with only three assigned spots for a large nine-bedroom house, which guests found somewhat inconvenient. Overall, Sonder Wellborn offers a luxurious and fun environment with plenty to do, making it a top choice for those seeking a memorable Orlando vacation experience.
