I wanted to switch to Verizon because I was sick of my old crappy services and I ended up having a lot of issues switching but one worker named Christian helped me out a lot! He's very nice and helped a lot! 10/10 would recommend this Verizon. Note : all other workers greeted us and made sure I was taken care of!

Terrible customer service. Feels like you’re a fish entering a shark tank when you go in. Everyone wants to sell you everything assuming you “need it”

So I have to switch my SIM card, then I have to go there to do so, when I got there, the lady said that I have to change my phone number in order to switch the sim, and then later I can take back my number again, later I call t Mobil again to find out that it was no true, she just want to sell me another line.
