Watch if u r going to buy a phone, they will try to sell u a phone that is not the one u may want and after the deal is complete is when they tell u " by the way there is a $50 restocking fee" at the end i had tu retuen next day, call t-mobile, speak with store manger and got my money back but keep that in mind
Our experience at this store has been great all thanks to Matt. His customer service and knowledge of the products have been outstanding. He made the purchase of our new phones easy and was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely continue visiting the store for our Tmobile needs. Thank you a Matt!
Incompetent employees. They literally cannot explain to customers how their billing and contracts work. If you ask them any questions, they give you a dumb look. It seems as if they aren't trained at all on their own contracts and billing.
