Upon arriving we were not greeted. had to wait in front of employees without saying a word to us, until noticed (approx 4 minutes). I ordered a Buffalo Wingburger and the waitress asked how I wanted it cooked. Found out it was a hamburger with two wings attached to the bun by tooth picks. I indicated that I wanted to make sure the chicken was well done and the hamburger medium well. Received the food and the two wings on top of the hamburger, true to my fears were raw on the inside. The Hamburger was medium and not medium well. Brought it to the attention of the waitress and after she contacted the manager was informed that I would receive a small discount. The manager did not even come to the table to find out and see for him/her self how the food was. The small discount turned out to be a $2.00 on a $32.00 tab. The soda was $2.79 so it was a really small discount that did not even cover the cost of the soda. TGI Friday should close this location, there was a foul odor in the dining area that I though was like mold or something similar. I will not be going back to this location.

This is one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The food was par but the service was abysmal. If a server wasn't slow they were rude. It took 20 minutes just to get checks to leave and we had to get the manager to do that for us and when we got our change it was still wrong. Never go here.

I am in the customer service business so I never like to leave bad reviews because I know how they effect people. This is the worst TGI Friday's and I think yelp and grub hub should take them off as an option to even order from this location.?I am not sure who my driver was but they made him wait over an hour still no food so they had to cancel. I called the restaurant and they put me on hold for 10 min then hung up on me. I have never given a 1 star before but this place deserves it. I wish we can give no starts just a rating of a zero. Never got my food mind you I ordered it at 8 something pm just and didn't find out until 10 something pm I was not getting my food. Almost 2 hours waiting for food and you know at 10 something pm your choices of food delivery goes down. Please take them off yelp!

I would said that this has been the worst experience ever in all my visits to TGI Fridays on an very slow night not even 30 customers we waited more than an hour for appetizers and then the food took another 30 minutes to get to the table and the staff ignored us didn't even offer refills on the drinks I requested to talk to the manager and I got a better attitude and response from the staff at the gas station on my next stop I would said the I don't usually post a review but I couldn't help my self this time

Honestly it takes a lot for me to be a negative nancy in my reviews but I had to be honest. This location is hidden right behind pirates dinner adventure on international drive like 5 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando. I say that to say that their isn't a reason as to why this location is slow with customers. I came to this location on a Sunday during the NFL games. There must've been maybe 6-7 tables of families in the restaurant so I figured it should be quick and man I was super wrong. Im not exaggerating when I say that our food took 45 minutes to come out. Thinking we had enough time with one whole hour before I had to be where I had to be... we decided to go there and man I wasnt very happy. To top that, my wifes food had to be changed because they ran out of the chicken on the dish she ordered but yet they charged her full price. Hopefully it was just a day when the kitchen staff called in sick and thats why everything was as bad as it was.
