Tory Burch provides an excellent shopping experience with a staff that is extremely caring, attentive, and nice. Customers report the best customer service, feeling like a VIP and so welcomed in the store. The sales team goes above and beyond, helping to find the exact look and making sure customers find something they like. They are willing to go out of their way to assist, demonstrating great management. The store offers a great selection, including a new vegan handbag line made of mushroom leather that is well made and super cute. Shoppers have a really great experience, with staff providing good assistance that leads to customers buying items and loving their gifts. This results in customers definitely planning to come back, calling it the best Tory Burch they have been to.
Sharon and the team are amazing!! So helpful! One of my new purchases had an issue with the zipper and they went above and beyond to get me a new bag.
