“Better experience than last year where the driver never showed up to bring us to MCO from our Disney resort. Couple complaints, my email told me the wrong driver info. Had to call to figure out who was picking us up after getting no text response and get the correct phone number. 2nd, language barrier made ride from MCO to AK lodge who brought us to the AK theme park hours after they were already closed. Frustrating after a long day of travel. Otherwise, courteous and timely.”

“We rented a 12 passenger van from Florida Van Rentals in Orlando. This is our second time coming to Florida but we tried these guys out. “Bandango was easy to book and pickup/drop off was even easier. I did get lost (make a right upon passing the gates) but that was on me. When I called the help line for directions, they guided me swiftly to pick up. The staff member showed me the van, let me know the condition in which I should return it, and how to drop it off. Helped make a surprise birthday party even better! (Also, if you didn’t know, these vans are extremely comfortable to drive. I usually drive a rav4 and this was even easier almost…except for any sharp turns)”

“Just got a tow from AA&D and they were at my house fast. The service was great, we were on the road and at the mechanic fast. The price was probably the cheapest I've ever gotten for a tow and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely call next time I need a tow.”
