I have never encountered such unprofessional and unhelpful staff. There was absolutely no intention to resolve the issue, and the attitude was completely dismissive.

I have visited a few times during the day and to my surprise there is no one attending. Apparently there is only one person at a time assisting at the counter. During lunch (2:30 PM-3:30 PM) there is no service. I have lost a few packages and sometimes receive delivery of my neighbors' letters.

aggressive and rude and never help the customers over there. Never ever go to do any service in this office. Very, very bad service.
