“I have posted a few reviews on Publix. In the past, all great reviews. No exception with this one, the 1 thing that I find With the store is that no matter what you have for a question or what you have for a favor to ask of them , they will go out of their way to make it happen. Along with great customer service, as always, They usually most never run out of products that I am looking for to purchase. And most likely every one of them, including this 1. Will ask to bring your groceries out. Help you out at your car and return your cart and / or buggy back for you. Just exceptional service all the time. Which is the reason why I keep returning to publix.”
“We visited Perrine's market for the first time and were overwhelmed with the fresh produce and the prices. Remarkably beautiful produce and a variety of items makes this market a great place to visit. They have a huge wine display as well. The deli features wonderful selection of meats from a brand I never heard of before. But the taste of the meat was outstanding. I recommend this market highly.”

“Extremely helpful service. I asked one gentleman working in the produce section if that was the only area for his work. He asked me what I was looking for even though it wasn't produce. He went totally above and beyond to help me find pancetta, even though he had never heard of it. He searched the store, asking other employees if they had it. To no avail, he apologized and went back to work in his area. I wish I could remember his name. He should be employee of the month. While we were looking for the pancetta, another young male employee asked what we were looking for. He neither heard of it but joined the search. You just don't find help like that .”
“The Publix located in Ormond Beach is by far the best grocery store I have ever been in. When you walk in the store is immaculate. The staff always takes the time to greet you and they give off the vibe of that they genuinely care about their customers. The Pharmacy is top notch! they're efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I do not trust the care of my medication to anyone but the lovely pharmacist and Pharmacy stuff at Publix. on occasion, I have called to ask a question and I would get the most informational response without feeling as if I'm a bother or I have to rush. Every other pharmacy should take notes on yours because by far the best!!”

“I was so sad to see my fav store closed on West granada But when I walked into this store to see the then assistant manager is now the current manager of this store, officially makes this store my favorite. He always makes sure his store is fully stocked and organized and he always provides friendly/courteous customer service. With him running the store I don't have to worry about weaving in and out of stock blocking the isles. So glad to see he is the store manager. Im Looking forward to bringing my business to this location from now on.. Way to go dg. ??”

“There was an item priced wrong on the shelf and the gentleman at the front with a clear visor on said there was nothing he could do for me after it rang up double the shelf price. I left and came back in and asked if there was someone I could speak with about how the pricing was arranged on the shelf with the coolers. I was rudely dismissed so I took the cooler to the sports area and on my way I bumped into an angel in a WalMart uniform. She goes by the name of Donna, Coach Donna. I explained to her the situation and she looked at the shelf and analyzed the setup and said she would be delighted to honor the shelf price. Donna then proceeded to lead me to the self checkout where the man in the visor was standing. We inched closer to the man who once said he could do nothing about it. Fog filled his visor as his nervous breath clogged the room. Donna lifts the cooler and says "We are going to give it to him for shelf price". The same man who told me he couldn't help me was now shaking in shame as he typed in the passcode in the system to honor the shelf price. Donna, you can tell, is a joy to work with. As we walked to the counter several workers stopped her to share a quick joke or comment all with smiles on their face. I commend you Donna for upholding the integrity of the WalMart employees and teaching the gentlemen at the front door how a customer is supposed to be talked to and treated. They were extremely rude and u turned everything around not even with the price honoring but with the compassion and concern u showed me as a customer. You could have pawned me off to the guy behind the desk in the fishing area but u stuck with me!! I will repay you someday Donna!!! I will hold onto this memory for all of eternity!!!!”
