“What a lovely, absolutely enjoyable shopping experience! The steel drum music sets the mood as u walk in with colorful tropical displays everywhere. With both new and consigned goods the prices are very reasonable and Michelle will work with u. Good quality, hard to absorb it all as u walk thru the expansive showrooms. It's like going to Key West. Stop by and just enjoy!!”
“Yuliya at Mattress Firm was absolutely wonderful! She helped me find the perfect mattress and made the entire experience so enjoyable. She has such a calm, kind demeanor and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She also worked with me to find the best option for my budget. Yuliya is an outstanding sales representative who genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re in the market for a mattress, go to this Mattress Firm and make sure you ask for Yuliya, you’ll be so glad you did!”

“Mattress Firm Sarasota has a comprehensive inventory of top grade products. We were assisted by Tony Brisco, an exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate sales person. We purchased a Stearns & Foster king mattress and a Terpur-Pedic power base. Mattress Firm executed the delivery and setup and took our old Sleep Number bed away. I really recommend them.”

“This review is long overdue, but here goes. I purchased the Osaki DuoMax SE in May of 2025 as a long-term sufferer of pain. A friend recommended the Daiwa Supreme and I thought, I sit in a massage chair one every 2-3 weeks at my nail appointments, and how cool it could be to have one at my house. Then I saw the price and said nope, the nail appointment use would be just fine. Well one search on these chairs and in came an influx of adds, thanks google; and I might have signed up for a coupon for this great idea. In conversations with my friend, the deal that was available when her chair was purchased was nowhere in sight. In the mean time, I was going back and forth with the pros and cons and had decided no deal, no chair. Of course, I then received a just in time for Mother’s Day sale on all sorts of chairs. I fell for the trap and went to try out these chairs. I still thought they were too expensive and was overwhelmed walking into the Modern Back with the smorgasbord of massage chairs. I was greeted by Daniel and told him of the recommend chair. He said no problem, let's head that way. In conversation we discussed what I was looking for and he said, here is the chair you asked for, however I think this one may suit you better. If you have time, let's try out both of them. That set up, led me into trying out a variety of chairs in multiple price points. About an hour or so later, I was now between the Daiwa Supreme and Osaki DuoMax SE. They were very similar in price point, functionality yet Daiwa offered a better warranty than Osaki. What tipped me toward Osaki is the foot massage capability. The enclosed foot compartment that allows for a roller technique was a game changer. 6 months later, I have no regrets on this investment. Yes, it is an investment for the price paid. I am not pain free, but it is a good go to in between my pain rehab. Love that it helps me relax and unwind daily. It has so many bells and whistles I have not tapped into yet, but I enjoy the automatic settings pre loaded and creating my own setting. There is a stretch mode I really enjoy that provides a good back stretch and pain relief. The controls are user friendly. Tom, the owner popped in. He was very friendly and told me a little more about him and the history of the company. I would be remiss if I did not mention the white glove service provided by Mr. Charles delivering and assembling the chair. He was very patient, friendly and personable while working. He did everything to perfection!! Highly recommend The Modern Back if thinking about investing in lifetime comfort. Daniel or Tom will get you in the best chair for your needs.”
“The sales associate that helped me today was amazing! Shout out Paul if you're reading this. His communication and conversation was lovely. There was no hassle with him and all he did was listen earnestly and provide great, sound advice.”
“I had an excellent experience with this closet company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. They helped design a closet that maximized my space while still looking beautiful and organized. The installation was completed by AJ and Sam and it was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean afterward. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom closets and outstanding customer service!”
“We had a wonderful experience with Bee ridge lighting! From the first appointment I had with Laura, I knew we'd be a great fit! I had gone into the showroom before the ordering process started to take a look and see what they had. I didn't realize until after our first one on one meeting that they are able to outsource and order outside of what you see in their showroom. That really put me as ease and I was excited to have such a variety of choices. We had multiple meetings before placing the order for our new home and every time I came in with an idea or something I found online- Laura was able to make it happen! I found it a little difficult to figure out where to start since we worked with Bee ridge lighting for our whole home (interior & exterior) but Laura's knowledge and ability to understand my vision really helped me and once a few big things were chosen, we developed a nice work flow to have everything come together perfectly. Laura went above and beyond & came to our home on the first day of install to make sure everything looked great. Install went perfectly. The whole team was clean, professional, and did a great job. Thank you Bee Ridge lighting & Thank you Laura!”
“From start to finish the sales experience was wonderful. Anthony was a great salesman, patient and very knowledgeable. Heidi was helpful and professional and finally the delivery men were quick and courteous. Thank you!!”
“Best customer service you don’t get that in very many places these days! Absolutely fair prices for quality furniture! Go here first and save your time!”

“Great expert from the moment we walked in the door. Seamus is awesome! He really listened and was very helpful. Will definitely shop at Hudson’s with any future furniture needs.”
“We bought some furniture a couple of years ago from Haverty's in Sarasota. Mark Kerce was our sales representative. He was a good listener and extremely helpful. Recently, we had a tear on one of the leather chairs that we bought. I went into the store to check on warranty or protection plan. Jason Grant, Assistant Branch Manager was awesome. He took his time to research what could be done and came up with a satisfactory solution. I will definitely purchase more furniture there!”
“From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff here truly understands customer service—they don’t rush you, they don’t pressure you, and they’re committed to helping you find exactly what you need. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and it’s clear they care about their customers. Cannot wait to buy more pieces here. This place is a gem!”
“I recently purchased patio furniture from Rooms To Go with associate Nina. She made it a wonderful experience. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I highly recommend Nina for anyone looking for top-notch service and quality patio furniture! Nina also hooked me up with great sales and signed me up with the accessory club so I can get the best deals in the future because I will be back!”
“My wife and I were very pleased with the repair service provided for our cushion issue. We were treated with courtesy and our appointment was set in a timely way. Very happy with the manner in which Leather Gallery stands behind their guarantee.”
“We ordered a new grill from Indigo. Separately, we ordered a grill cart from another company. Indigo's installation manager did the install without hesitation. Despite having no knowledge of our new cart, we were up and running in less than hour. Very friendly. Very professional. Service above and beyond what anyone might ordinarily expect. Thank you Indigo.”
“Amazing furniture- high end - high quality . Great stuff too for smaller spaces too that need more room yet also need storage and elegance - modern styles yet could be ecclectic too - the people are fabulous on all fronts”
“We had a great experience with the Leather Corner. It was refreshing to visit a store carrying quality furniture and have a warm, accommodating no-pressure experience. Calvin, the owner, worked with us and we came away with new, beautiful living room sofa and 2 very comfortable recliners. Would highly recommend!”
“Patrick was wonderful to work with. We absolutely love everything we got. He was very responsive and helpful. Our only feedback was that, one of our items is on backorder and won’t be in for a couple months and we were required to either pay another shipping charge or pick it up ourselves when I feel like that should’ve been on them to deliver that since that was not our fault. But the customer service, quality, and responsiveness was top-notch!”
“Our sales rep Delise Winters went above and beyond to get us not only the exact mattresses we needed, but gave us every discount she could. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Thank you Delise. I would recommend anyone to try CityMatress outlet and ask for Delise.”
“Walking into Rattan Wicker & Cane in Venice, Florida feels less like entering a retail store and more like stepping into a beautifully curated sanctuary. The showroom achieves a rare, poetic balance. It seamlessly merges a nostalgic, vintage Florida soul with a sharp, modern sensibility. The organic textures of intricately woven bamboo, seagrass, and classic cane echo the timelessness of coastal living. Yet, the sleek silhouettes and contemporary layout prove that these natural materials belong firmly in the modern home. It is a poignant reminder that true style doesn't chase trends—it endures. What truly elevates this long-standing local staple beyond its beautiful furniture is the deep sense of human connection provided by the staff Kathy and Diane greet you with a genuine warmth that immediately makes you feel at home, intuitively sensing whether you need space to browse or a guided hand. These fine ladies possess a brilliant eye for design, taking the time to listen to your vision and offering thoughtful, attentive advice without a shred of sales pressure. Woody anchors the experience with his incredible knowledge and dedication, ensuring that every practical detail is handled with absolute care in procuring new inventory to unleash onto your senses. In an era dominated by cold, mass-produced online shopping, this local showroom stands as a testament to the beauty of tactile craft and genuine hospitality. You do not just leave with furniture; you leave with a piece of the warm, sun-drenched Venice spirit.”

Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
