“Debbie at the Venice, Florida Mattress firm location was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and was able to take care of my situation in a matter of minutes. As I own homes, both in Ohio and Florida. I ordered the bed and frame over the phone from Ohio had it delivered in Venice, the next day and set up. Everything was flawless and I really appreciate her. Just an all-around great experience especially Debbie she was absolutely amazing in every aspect. I will definitely be buying more from her in the future. Chris.W.”

“Right from the first moment we met Calvin, we felt a confidence that he was genuinely interested in helping us purchase exactly what we wanted. Never any pressure; we felt like we were buying from a friend. Through numereous delays, completely beyond Calvin's control, he was always available and ready to answer our questions. The best furniture purchase experience we have had in over 55 years we've been making furniture decisions together. Plus, the price was great! Highly recommended...this gentleman deserves your patronage.”
“Absolutely lovely owner and environment! Mark made my family and me feel so welcomed, and treated us like we were old friends. This was a shop experience I will never forget! :)”
“Our sales rep Delise Winters went above and beyond to get us not only the exact mattresses we needed, but gave us every discount she could. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Thank you Delise. I would recommend anyone to try CityMatress outlet and ask for Delise.”
“The team at Venice Living are knowledgeable and delightful - and VERY flexible with postponing our furniture delivery due to hurricane damage to our home. We greatly appreciate the patience and grace you have extended. We can't wait to enjoy our new sofa, chair and refeshed look!”
“Walking into Rattan Wicker & Cane in Venice, Florida feels less like entering a retail store and more like stepping into a beautifully curated sanctuary. The showroom achieves a rare, poetic balance. It seamlessly merges a nostalgic, vintage Florida soul with a sharp, modern sensibility. The organic textures of intricately woven bamboo, seagrass, and classic cane echo the timelessness of coastal living. Yet, the sleek silhouettes and contemporary layout prove that these natural materials belong firmly in the modern home. It is a poignant reminder that true style doesn't chase trends—it endures. What truly elevates this long-standing local staple beyond its beautiful furniture is the deep sense of human connection provided by the staff Kathy and Diane greet you with a genuine warmth that immediately makes you feel at home, intuitively sensing whether you need space to browse or a guided hand. These fine ladies possess a brilliant eye for design, taking the time to listen to your vision and offering thoughtful, attentive advice without a shred of sales pressure. Woody anchors the experience with his incredible knowledge and dedication, ensuring that every practical detail is handled with absolute care in procuring new inventory to unleash onto your senses. In an era dominated by cold, mass-produced online shopping, this local showroom stands as a testament to the beauty of tactile craft and genuine hospitality. You do not just leave with furniture; you leave with a piece of the warm, sun-drenched Venice spirit.”
“When I first walked into the Rustic Rooster I was greeted with a warm welcome. ALWAYS a good start for me since I have been in customer service for over 35 years and feel like it is no longer the most important piece for most businesses anymore. I am someone who is going to get into restoring and painting old furniture and had questions regarding paints, techniques, and general questions after watching hours and hours of Youtube. Rose was so kind in answering all of my questions and suggested a paint class she was putting on that weekend so I could learn even more about why she uses Annie Sloan paint and how it can be used with the right techniques. Annie Sloan paint was the one I was leaning toward after my own research so I signed my husband and I up for the class. If you are looking for a fun, interactive, learning experience with your partner this is a great class to take. Rose is very knowledgeable and most of all, she is KIND. She has been in the business for many years and she wants all of the artists that walk through her door (and more) to succeed in whatever project they are working on. From beginner to experienced you will find what you are looking for at the Rustic Rooster. ~Terri”
“We ordered a new grill from Indigo. Separately, we ordered a grill cart from another company. Indigo's installation manager did the install without hesitation. Despite having no knowledge of our new cart, we were up and running in less than hour. Very friendly. Very professional. Service above and beyond what anyone might ordinarily expect. Thank you Indigo.”
“We purchased a mattress from Nancy about three months ago, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Nancy was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand our preferences, comfort needs, and budget, and made excellent recommendations without ever pressuring us. Her professionalism, genuine care, and outstanding customer service truly won our business. Three months later, we are still very happy with our purchase! We highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a great shopping experience and expert guidance!”
“What a wonderful store, and amazing customer service experience. Truly, I can’t remember the last time I was treated so well, and had so much fun shopping! The owners are so kind. The woman who owns this lovely shop; went out of her way to look at photos of my home, and help me select items that would work for specific spaces that I needed help styling. When I went home it all fit perfectly, her eye for my aesthetic was so on point. Can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you!!”
“The nicest people you’ll ever meet or do business with. They carry a full line of Dixie Belle paints as well as Wise Owl products, transfers and stencils. The shop is charming and full of amazing antiques and interesting vintage items. They take great care with their furniture and other pieces and do a wonderful job restoring them. They will work with you to refinish or update the pieces with paint and embellishments of your choice. If you aren’t able to visit them, consider ordering online. They ship fast and their customer service is the best. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.”

The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
