“We were in this Store Quest a few years ago, everything was great, clean attendants always here, we moved to a new warehouse because our publisher had space with his printer company, I told him from the start that he made a mistake, anyway took me two years to convince him to move warehouse operations back to Store Quest. Everyone happy now, drivers, delivery people, owners, it's the perfect spot for 18 wheeler deliveries, bathroom for drivers, gated entry, cameras everywhere, and most of all Rusty still here 15 years, very pleasant, and helpfull , Rusty runs a tight ship ! While the property itself is not fenced and the parking lot open to the public, entry to the building is restricted and closely monitored. Pamela and her team do an amazing job tending to customer concerns and needs. They made the contracting process so easy...and were very patient as I toured possible units and picked the perfect one. And, it sure is nice to be greeted by a smile and friendly connection every time I am there! Love this place!”

What stood out the most was how personable they were—making eye contact, staying upbeat, and bringing some lightheartedness to what is usually a stressful day. “This is our first season with Elite Storage, and we are very pleased with the security, location, facility and manager. Lori, the Manager, does an excellent job of maintaining the facility and overseeing the security and day-to-day activities. She's readily available to help us with our questions. Regarding the facility, we appreciate having the gated access/security, the onsite dump station, water availability, restroom, and the 30A hook-up. The only concern we had - is the online insurance verification was/is difficult to use - unless you want to sign-up for their coverage... Overall, we are happy with our covered spot and hope to continue to use it for our motorhome.”

“I have been with short Sawyer Court Storage for 24 years. I have always been very pleased with their service. The facility is very clean and orderly. It is secure yet available after hours when you need it. The staff has always been very helpful. there is a bathroom in the facility and it is kept also very clean. Several carts are available for hauling stuff in and out of the storage units.
