“Dr. Gardner and his staff are wonderful I adopted a dog that was abused mentally and physically. She has a lot of issues with trust and anxieties. They have been helping me to get her the right medication‘s to help her through her time of need and me as well and they’re so patient and understanding about her anxieties usually takes me 15 minutes to get her in door. And they just patiently wait they’re really wonderful anyone that’s having their animals treated there know what I’m talking about my hats off to you and your staff. God bless them all.”

“Dr. Kirsch is a very compassionate and caring Veterinary Surgeon. I was given another referral by my Vet and he was not to my liking. I work in healthcare and know a good Surgeon when I meet them, but I also want them to have a caring manner. I had previously searched high and low on the internet for the best for my fur baby and I found him right here.
Everyone was so kind and caring to me and my fur baby. Pricing was very similar from the other Surgeon, but it did not include any aftercare. The other one was expecting me to get my fur baby within 2 hours upon completion of the procedure, Yeah NO.
Here they keep your pet overnight to monitor them and keep them comfortable. Dr Kirsch calls you himself to give you a good report of how everything went. You can call in during business hours and check on your fur baby too. Very reassuring.
Needless to say this is top notch care and I hope never to need it again, but if I do I will be back! I Highly recommend Dr Kirsch and his caring staff.”

“Yesterday was one of the hardest days of our lives — we had to say goodbye to our beloved Yoshi, who had been with us for 16 wonderful years. I had made an appointment at Banfield Pet Hospital, where we had been loyal clients for all those years. But the night before, Yoshi was in so much pain that none of us could sleep. His cries were unlike anything we had ever heard from him — heartbreaking, gut-wrenching sounds that tore us apart. When I called Banfield that morning, they could hear him crying in the background, yet still told me they could not see him any earlier than his scheduled appointment at 2:30 p.m.
We couldn’t let him suffer any longer. In desperation, I called Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic, where I had taken Yoshi once before. Even though they were so busy, they immediately told us to bring him in so he wouldn’t have to endure any more pain. That alone was a blessing we will never forget.
From the moment we arrived, every single person treated us with the deepest compassion, empathy, and respect. They gave us time, space, and comfort through the most devastating goodbye, and they never once made us feel rushed. Their kindness, their gentle way of guiding us, and, yes, their generosity in not charging us for the euthanasia — all of it together left us beyond words. They showed us that they truly care not only for animals, but also for the families who love them.
After Yoshi passed, I called Banfield to cancel his wellness plan. To our shock, they told us he still had four months left in the plan and that, “out of courtesy,” they would only continue charging us until October. At that moment, the difference between these two places could not have been clearer: one saw us as a number, the other treated us like family.
From yesterday forward, Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic has gained two loyal customers, because we still have another dog, Jazz, who deserves the same kind of care and compassion. To anyone reading this review: this is the only place you should take your animals. They are completely and utterly out of this world — kind, loving, and truly dedicated to both pets and their families.
