“This Ace Hardware is always a pleasure to visit. The staff consistently goes out of their way to greet you and offer help as soon as you walk in which is exactly the kind of service you hope for at a neighborhood hardware store. The selection is surprisingly comprehensive for a smaller store, and they always seem to have what I need.
It’s also extremely convenient. I regularly stop in to pick up their driveway and sidewalk rust remover, and they’re always well-stocked. If you want to avoid the hassle of driving to Lowe’s in Orange City, this Ace is the perfect alternative.
Friendly service, great selection, and a convenient location. Highly recommend.”

“I really wanted to give 5 stars, as most of the staff has always been very helpful and the deals are great. In saying that, the manager for this location, Waldo, can be very rude to staff and customers. He's resistant to honor deals he believes are "mistakes" from corporate and verbalized his opinions that expecting the store to honor those coupons is stupid.
Fortunately, Sharon, another employee at this location, advocates for her customers and ensures a high quality experience everytime. Whatever that woman is making, she deserves a raise for her excellence.”

“I would like to thank Cameron, And everyone there today!! I was in a tough position today replacing a hot water heater at my mom's house coming from. Far away and having my hands full already. Cheaper than Lowes or Hono Depot. This is what I remember from back in the day. Helpful knowledgeable employees that remember your name and go all out. “I've owned 6 bottles for welding, cutting, etc..... since the late 1980's. 4 were empty.......when I called they had what I needed. Got to the store on Friday (11-3-23) at 4:20pm, due to a tire on my truck going flat. The guys got me out of there in a short period of time. Friendly and quick service minutes before they closed.”
