“I just bought a smoked mullet at your little store this afternoon. I have eaten the mullet from Cedar Key for years, but not since the old fellow passed a few years ago who had made it for decades. The mullet today was great! Not too smokey, nor too salty, nor dried out or too wet. I always heat it over to165
degrees for safety sake and cool it back down. It wa
