“This is the best place in central Florida. Both Mike and Carlos are very knowledgeable and have years of experience. They can get you fitted as a beginner to the sport or help you before a tournament. You get great recommendations and they even offer lessons if wanted. “Spoke to a nice lady on the phone. My father got me 2 Shirts that did not fit for Christmas. I live in a different state just got home to receive my gifts and they did not so I called in explained the situation. Never worn have the receipt etc and she was super nice, very good customer service. Told me I could bring them in for a store credit. Which is rare now a days. But even rarer is the customer service that was shown. Now a days most places you call you get put on hold or get an attitude thrown at you for no reason. “I had to return some shoes I got as a gift and ended up getting a really nice pair of Nike slides for a decent price and a 12 pack of Adidas socks. I enjoy their prices sometimes it doesn't come in the original box but that's really not a big deal to me If I can save a few bucks and get brand new shoes I'm happy. They were very helpful too.”
