3301 Crill Ave, PalatkaWe are from out of town and needed to use this Vet for health certificates twice. I won't lie the first time we visited I was a little put off by the wait and demeanor of some staff. However I truly believe they were likely just having a hectic day right before the holidays.
Amanda is a godsend. She could see my frustration the first visit and made sure everything was taken care of. When we unexpectedly needed to use the vet again she again made the process easy and was so helpful and kind.
Because of Amanda when we will choose this office if in the area again.

112 Norma St, PalatkaRan into a situation where a neighbor had been very neglectful to say the least long story short, I didn't know where to take a dog and neighbor surrendered to me. That was literally dying. I drove over there. It was the Day After Christmas and a woman that was busy cleaning. What's still courteous to me even though I observed a sign that said by appointment only and considering that it was the day after christmas.She was probably extremely busy and had her mind on other things as well as her job. Long story short, she was gracious and gave me the insight.I needed to be able to go and try to save this dog. I am truly grateful to her for being professional.And most importantly, a caring soul, when she saw there was a real need. I wish I would have gotten her name because I'd like to.Personally thank her. If she has the opportunity to read this, I want her to know that the dog who is now named miracle went into shock and had to be brought back after I brought her through the doors of the university of florida emergency hospital. After resuscitation, they were hesitant to give a lot of confidence on whether the dog would make it or not. The first 2 days we're touching, go. The third fifth day were maybe days the sixth day. I hope she showed progress where there was possible.Hope. She spent a total of 9 days in. I couldn't afford any longer to have her there. So I've been home treating her. And my 2 dogs that wound up becoming infected at home with medications and around-the-clock. Ivs, that I was taught to give long story short that dog would have definitely died without the information. I got from her about the veteran. Doctor smith, oh I have yet to meet yet because i've been dealing with the emergency rooms but I am personally calling tomorrow on monday to meet this doctor and transfer all care to them. Well, most of the care LOL anyway, this seems like a great organization of this woman was a reflection of their ideals. And motivations. Heck, I'm willing to volunteer there if they need somebody. Just give me a couple weeks LOL.
