We have been going there for several years and they have always been very responsive and organized. I would highly recommend St. Johns Veterinary Hospital to anyone who may be in need of a vet for anything ranging from routine check ups to help with preparing for international travel. Also, the staff in the front office is extremely friendly and makes sure your pet feels comfortable from the time you walk in.

Web sent my enclosure and we determined it was to tall, dropped off at local Petco, no issues, no return cost, ordered shorter one its fantastic, great one handed gate, not sure what the negative review was about the latch,....the whole thing is top quality very happy ! Just keeps getting better with each trip with superior customer service,...update, gladly received the Merrick Dog Food with my discount as we were directed Jon and the wonderful staff at the St Augustine store to a Grain Free Salmon based dog food for our Chow Chow Bella Bear ! Thank you Petco !

It takes 2 of them to hold him in the bath and do his nails, but they’re fantastic with him and so patient. They were able to fit me in short order and my Gemma was groomed buy a sweet gal named Nicole. She did a great job! My Gemma looks amazing! When I arrived to pick up Gemma, I saw her sitting in a crib!!! I was sold! We booked our next appt. and I couldn't be happier.

Went up and picked up the supplies (which I'm grateful for) and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have three dogs and one cat, and the supplies given for dogs wasn't enough to feed them but a week and you cannot get food but every two weeks. I think the rule should change given the amount of animals one has to tend for. I don't do this frequently, this is my first time and I just want my animals to not go hungry... Not trying to take advantage bc I additionally don't want anyone else's animals to go hungry. Past that, overall it was a great experience and my family appreciates the hard work and dedication the staff strive towards in our local community.

She is caring, kind, and truly treats each of her patients like they’re her own. I greatly appreciate her educating me on the different options to provide the best care and treatment. 74 Capulet Dr Suite 204, St. AugustineI am truly amazed at the wonderful treatment and care our cat received. We are new to the area and hadn't yet found a vet for our Scottish Fold, Lachie (short for Lachlan). He was listless, felt hot to the touch, and wouldn't eat at all. I called multiple vets in the area and they all had a several week wait. Forever Pets for us in same day. The entire staff was so warm, welcoming and helpful. What amazed me most though, was that the doctor was so willing to answer my questions and took the time to really listen. My daughter is a veterinary surgical nurse in another state, and he was not only willing to listen to her perspective but allowed her to be a part of the conversation in determining a care plan for our sick boy. Even more amazing, he himself called me to check up on Lachie and make sure he was doing ok one he was discharged. When someone gives good customer service it stands out in today's world. But when they go above and beyond, it's almost shocking to the senses! It's so refreshing to find a vet that we can trust. Forever Vets will be our Forever vet!

7430 US-1, St. AugustineCame in for ear drops and Dr Young found my dog had heart arrhythmia. Then after tests we found tumor on spleen. Withing 2 weeks we had surgery and removed. Now she's fully recovered and all was benign. DR YOUNG SAVED OUR DOG. they could have gave us ear drops and sent us on but he did proper health check while in and found it. Thank you

The outdoor sitting area and away from the city vibes makes this a spot to relax with a cup of morning coffee and enjoy the many options of breakfast items. They also have açaí bowls, which were stated as being good. I couldn't pass up the croissant sandwich.

We ordered takeout at the window and it was ready in about 120 seconds. Unfortunately they were fully out of desserts around 3pm. We heard good things on the dessert choices so we'll have to try again next go around at an earlier time before they sell out.

The people are SO caring and the place is very clean. He made a nice donation as did a couple other family members so support their good work. We appreciate what they do for all the animals who need help. If you're looking for a worthy place to help or make a donation, this is it.
