“Red wings shoe store 705 Palm Bay rd west melbourne Florida, I had the most fantastic service there! The man working there Lance was very professional and did a great job providing excellent service. I told him what I did for work and what was the best boot for that pacific work and he gave information, Intel on the boot that I needed as well as what would be the best shoe sole, that was a accessory, which they have equipment and technology to get that information. When I tried them on it felt like I was walking on clouds, I didn't want to take them off. Lance gave me a variety of boots to choose from that fit the criteria for the work I was doing. if you want a excellent boot that doesn't kill your feet and that are comfortable even after 10 plus hours in them go to red wings a get your self a pair of red wings. you get what you pay for so it was worth every penny, I will never go anywhere else if i need boots! Love there boots and service, outstanding!

“Let me start by saying: Shoe Carnival needs to put Brooke, Alex, and Jenny in the Customer Service Hall of Fame. Last night, after a long workweek and an even longer Saturday shift, I dragged myself into the store at 6 PM with my husband and our two sons (one is 10, one is 7 — both full of energy I did NOT possess).
I was mentally, emotionally, and physically DONE. Like… “about to sit on the floor and cry next to the kids’ sneaker section” done — which I actually did, and we’re just going to laugh about that part.
But here’s where these angels disguised as Shoe Carnival employees come in.
One by one, Brooke, Alex, and Jenny came over to help me with genuine kindness, zero judgment, and the type of patience you just don’t see anymore. No frustration, no side-eye, no rushing me. Just pure compassion. They helped me find the sneaker requests my kids made for Christmas while calmly navigating my overstimulated, overwhelmed mom-mode meltdown.
They didn’t flinch when I apologized 47 times. They didn’t blink when I sat on the floor. They didn’t treat me like I was “doing too much” — even though I absolutely was. Instead, they helped me breathe, laugh, and get everything I needed so I could keep Christmas on track.
In a world where customer service feels extinct, these three reminded me what kindness looks like. I left the store feeling grateful, and honestly, a little emotional.”

Pricing was fair and staff were helpful with getting sizes and making sure that people were satisfied before buying, I’ve seen a lot of people talk about how they were standing around waiting for something to happen but with most shoe stores they really don’t need to.
