The staff is super helpful and they even offer a 21 day bring it back and get a different shoe policy if for some reason they end up not working for you. Forget going to a big box or mall store with no attention to the customer and have a better experience and go to Running Zone.”

“One thing I'll say is they should notice everyone walking in their establishment know matter color or creed I'll give them four stars do to the fact it's a different experience with skateboard shopping, treat everyone as a potential buyer use that Beauty and Pretty smiles to sell your products didn't get anything on my first visit but I'll be back very soon.”

“My daughter got shoes for school and in 5 weeks they were falling apart. I walked and showed I believe her name was Lori the pictures and we went to see if they still had them in her size. They did and she took the damaged ones and gave me the new ones. Very nice staff and helpful. We will definitely continue to shop here.”

“amazing place. me n my boy adrian bought lightning mcqueen crocs there. they said they only had a size 4 but the manager was in the back with all his might searching for a size higher for me and he found one. the workers were so nice, and i met the regional owner of all of them and that guy was one of the most wholesome people ive ever met. and the prices were rlly well priced. 100% recommend.”

“Great business on a few different levels! Walked in Tuesday, awesome associate (blonde woman) greets me.. she steers me to the right flip flop for my needs, and helps determine a size and color. Done deal, good to.. expect after an hour wearing them around the house, they’re surprisingly TOO SMALL! So I freak out thinking I’ve wasted $70. Go back Wednesday, same associate says no problem.. makes sure I have the right size and exchanges! In and out in 5min. I’ll be back for all my flip flops no doubt!!”

“All right, this is not Nordstrom. And if you want that sort of customer service experience go there (to Nordstrom), or go across the street to the expensive stores at the mall. You're buying a $50-$100 outfit for $10. And a discount experience is a discount experience. If that's the expectation from the outset, then it's a lot easier to be satisfied when you walk out the door.As far as people being upset about them not paying a lot for the clothes, you just have to figure that they have to make money to keep the store running. So if the clothes you're selling end up going on sale for half off, they still need to make a little money. And you're there in the first place to buy clothes cheap. it does suck, and we pay so much for those clothes in the beginning when they're brand new, but at least we get enough to buy a little something which is more we would've done if we donated them.Personally, I've only had good experiences here. But I know that customer service has tanked everywhere. Unfortunately, it's a sign of our times, and the result of not being around humans during those dark times a few years ago. So come shop here, get your clothes at an incredible price. Smile at the people at the cash register & make their day, and go home knowing you've gotten a great deal. Because let's face it, unless you go on craigslist, you're not going to find these prices anywhere.”

“Awesome place to buy great shoes!!... yall, the store managers were on point with my son's shoe size, I was there on one of the busiest day of the year....( 2 days before school shoe shopping ? they were my son's last and only hope!.. I told him if you don't find something you like...I'm taking you to Wal-Mart ?.... he found a pair of Jordan'sBut...they didn't have his size, just as we were about to walk out, one of the managers ( I'm horrible with names) saw the disappointment on my son's face and asked him what was wrong, my son tells him, that yall don't have my shoe size, manager ask what shoe was he interested in, and my son says Jordan 1 or 2. ( ??♀️ ) I don't know which he said ??♀️ he asked the size, I say 6 n a half,Manager says, oh you should try a 7, .. I'm like nooo, it's going to be toooo big!! He said trust me, Jordan's are made different, I'm like ok... bring the shoes and let him try them on....and to my surprise....they fit!!So, I would like to say thanks to the managers and the staff who worked onAugust 8th, 2023 ( between 2pm and 3pm)you guys were a great help, that store was packed with shoppers, yall kept your kool... and handled each shopper very well, I will be BaCk??”
