“Quest is located inside of Wal-Mart. There was a system glitch, despite me checking in twice - first time via the link Quest sent me by phone and second at kiosk onsite -- after a short wait when I didn't see my name registered on their screen I decided to ask one of the lab techs that stepped out. She was very kind to slide me into the queue quickly. She was experienced in drawing blood as the pinch was quick and painless. She was very pleasant and welcoming despite the early hour of the morning. Professional and yet personable -- wish I would have gotten her name ( originally from Maine). Although I have only seen Sarah one time I am very pleased. I also want to commend Maryann in the referral department. She helped me with an issue I was having and resolved the problem. She was very attentive and prompt. I had left her a message and she returned my phone call within an hour. I would refer anyone to PCC.”
