    “Finally had the chance to try a Publix Submarine Sandwich! As a member of the Hoagie Guru’s, I have seen and heard of them, but until now, haven’t had the chance to taste one. Well, been there, done that; was impressed with this “Corporate Grocery Store’s Sandwich”! I couldn’t decide on one so I ordered two! First choice: the Italian, w/Boar’s Head, Salami, Honey Ham, Capicola, and Provolone, on a 5 seeded Hard Roll. I had them add yellow banana peppers and oil and vinegar. Delicious! Second choice: the Buffalo Chicken, w/Wing Sauce, and a ton of fried Chicken Tenders. Now, I have to add, I have been eating the authentic, Anchor Bar’s (Buffalo, NY where Buffalo Wings were born) wings for forty to fifty years, so I know true Buffalo style! Publix didn’t have the necessary blue cheese dressing, so I had to improvise. I had them slather the roll with Ranch dressing, put extra sauce on the chicken, and add blue cheese crumbles in the roll and again on top of the completed sandwich! Result? Delicious!”

    “I pet/house sit just down the street from the Hammock Dunes Publix for two weeks about every 4 months or so, and this is my go-to store and today was a perfect example of why. When I entered the store there was a lovely display of beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers for sale. I chose a bouquet and was about to continue on with my grocery list when a delightful gal, Diana, popped out from behind her counter to draw my attention to the 'Buy One Get One' sale. I asked if it was half off for just one, and she said unfortunately not. So I chose a second bouquet and will bless someone else with it. Many thanks Diane, you are the best!”

Found all of the ingredients I needed and the girl at the register took my list and grabbed what I couldn't find! I can't believe I just discovered this place. It's amazing! Its a perfect addition to the baked ziti we made. Another great use ... I had a slice with spinach dip today. I usually prefer the softer bread like a kings Hawaiian roll but this held up nicely and I loved the extra flavor it added to the spinach dip.”

    “What a delightful find! Happened to find this gem on by visit to Ace. As luck would have it, the bread was still warm and the loaf sizeable for the price. I got a poppy seed roll and couldn’t pass up a hunk of pork salami that the proprietor sliced for me. I can’t wait to get home to make a sandwich along with the homemade bread I picked up. The ladies working in the deli don’t speak English primarily, but give them some time and they’ll give the answers you need. Don’t pass this authentic Euro deli up!!”

    “When I came to USA in 2009 I felt so disconnected without seeing any Jamaican food in the supermarket. I went to Publix customer service and asked about Jamaican crackers and corned beef. They called when they stocked it and now look at the shelves years after, from top to bottom, sodas, Cock soup, Supligen, coconut milk etc GRACE products. Employees are happy, not grumpy, helpful ALL the time, they take you to find what you are looking for, stores always clean, produce fresh, well stocked.     “This is my favorite grocery store in Palm Coast. I was a shopper throughout 2020 during Covid. The managers helped me so much to accommodate with our elderly orders in the community. For this, I have so much respect in the way the store represents the community. Other stores would not make any exceptions!!! On a personal note, everyone is always friendly! Some we know on a first name basis! I'm bias, but Mrs. Monica will always be my favorite! Let's not forget the bonus points you get for shopping! This year alone, I've saved $140 in groceries!     “I'm leaving a 5 star review purely because of a black man named Marcus who was working the electronics department on the day before thanksgiving. There was an elderly lady in line before me who was having trouble with her iPhone (trying to return the phone but couldn't) Marcus was so patient and kind in explaining things to this woman and even took the time to look up the nearest Apple Store for her and write down the address and contact info for the woman. She wasn't too happy about the issues she was having with her phone but Marcus patiently listened to her complaint and was very empathetic to her. He was also very patient and kind when it was my turn. I work in hospitality and know that having this kind of patience with each and every guest can at times be a skill. Especially working on holidays. This 5 star is purely because of Marcus' customer service expertise!”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions.
