“Outstanding, Honest and Kind. My front bumper was knocked loose by hitting decorative curbing in my driveway. I could not put it back in place and expected it to be a very costly job. I remembered that my husband used this company years ago for a repair and really liked the work. I felt compelled to go there and drove all the way from Trinity (Passing several other shops along the way). I wish I got the name of the person who helped me but he was so kind. Within minutes he took my car in the back and the tech fixed it right on the spot! I was stunned when they did not charge me! So grateful to have such kindness when I expected a big expense. “This store consistently has the best employees! Some auto parts stores and mechanics can make women uncomfortable by either not giving us enough information or talking down to us. Not this store! I’ve been going here for years for new wiper blades & replacement bulbs for both cars. I’m the handy person in the house & enjoy fixing whatever I can myself. That has included the odd automotive fix for the last five yrs thanks to the staff at this location. Thanks for always being friendly, helpful, AND respectful.”

“I had an appt last Thursday for an oil change. My advisor met me right away and we talked about what I wanted done. Other services were suggested but I declined. I was very happy with my experience with Palm Harbor Honda service department.
However, on a different note, I decided to look at new cars when I was there. As I was looking, Kristin came over to see if she could help. She said she would be right back with the info I requested. She went into a nearby office. I waited for awhile when another young man asked if I needed help. I told him I was waiting for Kristin so he went to check he said she was waiting for the paperwork . A few more minutes went by before she returned. She had papers in her hand but then said they weren’t for me. What a waste of my time!”
“I had a great experience at O’Reilly thanks to Dennis! He went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and took the time to explain things clearly. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to—made the whole visit a lot more pleasant. You don’t always get customer service like that these days. “I purchased a new gas Club Car. They had one in inventory at another retail location. They picked it up and had it in Palm Harbor in 3 days. Saved me 6 weeks of waiting if I had to order it.
They also made it street legal, doing it yourself is a pain. I also paid for a speed upgrade with additional parts. The first drive after the upgrade for speed was not at all what I wanted or what they wanted to get out of it. I was wondering if I made a mistake, I had already paid for the cart. I called Justin the GM and he was out the next day and picked it up, 2 days later he delivered it and it is exactly what I was hoping for originally.
Justin, knew I was a little concerned, but he assured me it was a simple adjustment. I am pleased to say that is exactly what it was. My experience was great with Justin and his team. I told Justin what I wanted, he got creative and got it done. Lesson learned, when you want something a little creative, , they delivered as promised.”
