“Darcy and the team are just absolutely phenomenal. I gave them our Volvo XC60 for rear bumper repairs and the process could not have been smoother. Giving the vehicle took about 5 min, I quickly received an estimate for the damages, I got constant updates about the progress, and wow was the result perfect! Every step of the way, everyone was absolutely fantastic. They also handled a lot with the insurance company, which was stellar. It really was a give it and forget it situation until the car was all done. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience!”

“Was trying to replace my air filter and I could not get it put back together correctly. Stopped in to advance Auto and the gentleman there came out and literally put it in in a couple minutes. While he was doing that he was also putting a new antenna on a car for a lady next to me. But he realized the antenna was going to take a long time so he asked her if he could just put this in for me and then finish the antenna the lady said yes but you could tell she was kind of snobby about it. I can't thank the employee enough I was really running late and he really helped me out. That's the kind of service that when I need another air filter or wipers or any thing for my vehicle I will go there again and again. It's the little things that really make a big difference and separate true customer service versus somebody who's just trying to waste time at a job. I wish I knew his name but it happened this Friday so hopefully corporate will figure out who it was. He was a Hispanic gentleman and he deserves a raise”

“Robert is THE BEST in the area and this is coming from a SUPER fussy multiple German car owner. To add, I've tried others before I came across Stuey & they didn't instill the confidence in repairs & cost that Robert did. He can tackle just about anything and is very knowledgeable w/German cars, etc. He is not a tech, he is a mechanic first and foremost and he can run circles around BMW/Audi/VW/Porsche/Mercedes techs, even though he can't run very well. :) He fabricates, welds, diagnoses, repairs.......not much he can't do in his shop. His tools are meticulous and he's very organized. He's honest and very blunt, so be prepared to hear an honest truth about your car & what it actually needs and time to do it. I've always taken my cars to him whilst we lived in Florida and even though he's grumpy (very grumpy at times) you won't get better care for your car for the price. Did I mention he was grumpy ? lol Give Stuey a go as he really is a brilliant mechanic.Services: Electrical”

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and after the service writer looked up my vehicle and put me in the system (my first official visit) my car was taken back for service. In addition to the scheduled maintenance they took the time to close a manufacturer's recall. It was with the drive to get great customer service. They made me feel welcome and appreciated!! “Searched high and low for a 2024 ZL1 Camaro. I reached out to dozens of dealerships online, and only Ferman provided straightforward answers. They had the car I wanted in stock and communicated with me perfectly. I drove 2 1/2 hours to view the car, and I was greeted promptly by Joe K upon arrival where they had the car waiting my inspection. Unlike many dealers, there was no mark up on the vehicle. The buying process was simple and no fuss. They did not push all the extra add-ons and warranties (they did offer). In and out in a fair amount of time.
