Two diff. employees tried to take advantage of me as a Senior and signed me up for 2 different contracts I never agreed to. Matt at Little Rd. ATT went oit of his way and spent more than an hour to undo everything to get it off my bill.”

“My husband and I would like to commend this courteous, pleasant young man and AT&T manager Nate for the outstanding help he gave us during a complicated data transfer. I upgraded to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, which meant moving everything from my iPhone 13 Pro Max - and once that was done, he transferred all of my husband’s data from his primitive iPhone 8+ to my hand‑me‑down 13 Pro Max.
The entire process took about two and a half hours and he handled every step with impressive skill. He has the patience of a saint, clearly enjoys solving tech issues and doesn’t stop until every problem is fully resolved. Not once did he show irritation, impatience or frustration.
That store runs smoothly because of him - his knowledge, his professionalism, his unwavering dedication and kindness to help people.”

“I am writing this review for AT&T at their Countryside location. Please note AT&T offers two choices. Corporate store n franchise stores. I only go to the Corporate store which is what the Countryside is. Ask for either Lydia or Victor. I assume that the other employees who work there are equally as knowledgeable as Lydia or Victor but I’ve only dealt with those too. STAY AWAY from the franchise stores. If u add any additional services, products or whatever it will become a billing nightmare You have been advised. Even if a franchise store is closer to u you’ll probably regret that decision due to the problems it could create”
