“I deal with their 800 number. They are great and easy to work with. Only reason for the 4 is sometimes they don’t have good broker cd rates. The last year they have gotten me some great rates. Why deal with a branch when you can do it on the phone.”

She spent over an hour working with us and our PA bank to achieve our aim. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.”
“I am always treated with respect whenever I go to PNC Bank. They may not have as many locations as other banks, but they make up for it in customer service and competitive rates. This location, and the branch on the Fruitville, I find myself at quite a bit. They all know me and I am addressed by my name. I think we have a strong business relationship built up over the past few years. I also like how they are located inside of Giant Grocery stores up North (I travel to Maryland) and they have extended hours at those locations.
