Have been with FIDELITY for over25 years. It has been a SOLID relationship. You can always (almost) get answers with a phone call. However, Fidelity has been a bit SLOW in "recovering" a rather large January unauthorized (fraudulent) withdrawal.

Happy customer for nearly 20 years. Local office is excellent. 800 number staff is extremely professional and efficient. Low fees. No fee trades. Excellent returns on their mutual funds.
