“I have used Beacon Pointe for a very long time for my retirement account. Most importantly, the performance has been excellent and beyond my expectations, but on top of that, it’s just been a real pleasure to work with them. I’ve always gotten an answer whenever I called, and over time I’ve just felt safer and more comfortable. When you’re talking about money that you’ve worked hard for, it’s tough to put a price tag on that.
I would highly recommend this company. There’s no question that they truly care about their clients, and they are fiduciaries, so there are no outside interests, conflicts of interest, or anything like that. When I’ve been to their client events, I also get the same feedback from other clients as well, so I know I’m not alone.

“Rani Jeffries, vp financial consultant, is very knowledgeable, excellent communication, very flexible and trustworthy. I can highly recommend her for your investment accounts. Over the past 35 years of investing with various brokerage firms, the Fidelity on-line website has been great. The app is very good as well, but not perfect.
If I need to speak with a customer service agent at the 800 number, I usually don't have to wait very long. They have been very helpful and friendly.
The only error that I have encountered was when we requested a 42(t), 5 year withdrawal for $100,000/year, someone put $100/year instead. That's a big mistake, taking almost 2 hours on the phone to correct. That makes me a little uneasy about the firm.
As long as it doesn't happen again, I'll stay with Fidelity.”

I am not a member of PNC, my family is, but if it weren’t for Michael helping me these last couple of weeks between this Sarasota branch and Bradenton, I would not have gotten what I needed done without him. He really did go above and beyond and made many calls for me and many appointments for me to come in. I can finally have a sigh of relief and weight lifted because of his help. I had customer service hang up on me. I had been ignored at the Bradenton branch and had to leave. But Michael was the biggest help out of this situation. “I am always treated with respect whenever I go to PNC Bank. They may not have as many locations as other banks, but they make up for it in customer service and competitive rates. This location, and the branch on the Fruitville, I find myself at quite a bit. They all know me and I am addressed by my name. I think we have a strong business relationship built up over the past few years. I also like how they are located inside of Giant Grocery stores up North (I travel to Maryland) and they have extended hours at those locations.
