Internet Service Providers in Panama City Beach, FL

“Switched over 2 weeks ago, Nick our salesman was knowledgeable and patient with us. After we bought phones we stopped by store with a couple of questions. Even though Nick wasn't there the staff was excellent. They treated me like they were the ones that sold me the phones. Took their time and treated me with respect”

“Everyone at this store is very friendly and professional. Aichelle went above and beyond to assist me the last time I was there. I have been in here quite a few times and I have not had a bad experience. I am very pleased that AT&T recognizes healthcare workers with a discount. I recommend this store and I will continue to use them.”

“I'm providing a 5 star review to Marquis Stafford, the tech that was quickly and competently able to diagnose our wifi issue that the 3 previous Wow techs were unable to. We had been having connectivity issues for over a month, had multiple techs come out to no avail, and were at our wits end as wifi connection is vital to our daily operations. We, again, placed a call to Wow and requested they send their best tech out. Marquis was dispatched within a few hours. He read the notes that had been previously entered by the techs before him and quickly went to work. He determined that it was an issue at our pole. He was the first tech to even go outside to look at the connection at the pole. He was polite, friendly, and apologetic for our experience. We had made a business decision to switch wifi providers if Marquis had not been able to determine a resolution. Thankfully, he was. Thank you, Marquis!”
