“I'm providing a 5 star review to Marquis Stafford, the tech that was quickly and competently able to diagnose our wifi issue that the 3 previous Wow techs were unable to. We had been having connectivity issues for over a month, had multiple techs come out to no avail, and were at our wits end as wifi connection is vital to our daily operations. We, again, placed a call to Wow and requested they send their best tech out. Marquis was dispatched within a few hours. He read the notes that had been previously entered by the techs before him and quickly went to work. He determined that it was an issue at our pole. He was the first tech to even go outside to look at the connection at the pole. He was polite, friendly, and apologetic for our experience.
