The Mobile expert there Kalani Nooney was above and beyond the best representative I have worked with, for a long time. Professional, patient, knowledgeable and a great team rep, she made my T Mobile experience easy and comfortable. She listened to my needs, and thoroughly explained all options and finally I decided for the ALL-IN package. Turned out to be exactly what I needed and a fantastic price. I also watched the store manager and Kalani work together with harmony and professionalism with all the customers and saw many happy clients... myself included. Thank you Kalani and the whole staff in Panama City Beach, Pier Park store!!!

“I'm providing a 5 star review to Marquis Stafford, the tech that was quickly and competently able to diagnose our wifi issue that the 3 previous Wow techs were unable to. We had been having connectivity issues for over a month, had multiple techs come out to no avail, and were at our wits end as wifi connection is vital to our daily operations. We, again, placed a call to Wow and requested they send their best tech out. Marquis was dispatched within a few hours. He read the notes that had been previously entered by the techs before him and quickly went to work. He determined that it was an issue at our pole. He was the first tech to even go outside to look at the connection at the pole. He was polite, friendly, and apologetic for our experience. We had made a business decision to switch wifi providers if Marquis had not been able to determine a resolution. Thankfully, he was. Thank you, Marquis!”
