“Needed a new mattress after 10 years and went looking for some 4th of July weekend sales. Daniel was one of the friendliest salesman I’ve ever seen experienced. Zero high pressure sales very informative and patient. Spending 5k+ on something you spend half your life on isn’t easy so I spent about 25 minutes going back and forth between models and never once was Daniel pushy or annoyed, he let me do my thing and answered any question I had very knowledgeably. When it came to checkout he was able to stack some discounts for me and again, no high pressure sales for add ons. Would definitely recommend the Coral Springs Mattress Firm and be back in another 10 years! For added context, I went looking at City Furniture the night before for a mattress and because how pushy and on top of me the salesman was, I walked out within 10 minutes. “Keith and his team are awesome! I've been a customer for over a decade. They have refinished different sets of patio furniture for me several times and I must say that I'm really impressed. The rates are good and the quality of work is second to none! ...and... it's completed in a timely manner. The first set they did (over 10 years ago) still looks great and has already out lasted the original finish as it was only a few years old when I brought it to them.
I also noticed that at least one of the employees helps to care for a couple of stray neighborhood cats, which to me speaks volumes of the type of people they are.
.... I will continue to use them for any future patio furniture needs that I may have and I highly recommend them to my friends and anyone who needs new or repair of old patio furniture.”
“We purchased a bedroom set in May 2023, and Chris truly listened to what we wanted and made it happen. At the same time, we bought a king-size mattress from Biscayne Bedding, known for supplying Disney, which gave us confidence—along with the 10-year non-prorated warranty.
About 2½ years later, the mattress began sagging. Chris immediately reassured us and asked Jennifer to help start the warranty claim. Jennifer provided clear instructions, and within a week and a half, our replacement mattress arrived. Marvin, the delivery driver, was prompt, set everything up, and removed the old mattress.
While defects can happen, the team at Beds Best Bargain stood by their warranty and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We’re very pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them to a friend.
