“This is the best UPS store in the area. They’re very helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate when it comes to understanding Shipping and individuals needs involving critical timing of sending and receiving packages. They explain how much insurance comes with each package and they offer for you. The cheapest option first they’re never going to make you pay for something you don’t need. I absolutely enjoyed dealing with Jacob and Jon. They are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to if you need to ship packages I highly recommend you come to the store in Boca the UPS store.”

“Trying to find an alternative to the post office in Florida is very difficult, what company can you trust. For me I got an introduction to Ant Logistics through a friend over 5 years ago. They offer the very best in Postal Services and they treat me like I am family. They are reliable. In today’s world it is nice to find a company that appreciates your business and has that old-school mentality. Customer service and satisfaction is more important to Ant Logistics than money with no ego. I highly recommend this company.”

“Had a great experience at this UPS location today. I came in to mail an envelope and Aneicia helped me out. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Honestly, this is how companies build community. It's not the logo or the marketing, it's the person behind the counter who treats you like a neighbor instead of a transaction. Aneicia made a simple errand feel welcoming”

“I was hesitant to stop off here because of the recent bad reviews but I was nearby, and happy to say I had the opposite experience. The store employee named Jean was near the front door as I was walking in, so he opened the door and held it for me when I was carrying my packages. He was super friendly, asking me about my day, and the service was quick and efficient. Not more that you can ask for at a UPS store and I will come back when I’m in the area. Thank you!!”
