“I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Both Dr Mindlin senior and Jr were so wonderful to me and my baby Bella. She was very sick but they never stopped trying to help her. It broke my heart when we had to put her asleep. Dr Mindlin called and tried to comfort me he is more than a veterinarian doing a job he a wonderful person truly caring and loving his job. They say a doctor is only as good as his staff well the staff at Quad City goes over and above to help no where have I ever heard a staff member say you can call as often as you want . She never rushes you and takes the time to discuss any concerns or questions that I have. Most of all, Bailey really likes her. “I had an emergency with my kitten Kole this morning and went to Healthy Pets! I have never been there before and they have the most wonderful and caring staff! I would like to thank Shelby and Ashton who are the receptionists they were both sweet and caring throughout the whole experience! I would also like to thank Dr. Tessler who kept in contact with us throughout the morning and explained what was happening with my kitten and the treatment he would need! And I would like to thank Adam who was an amazing nurse who helped me and my kitten he explained and answered all my questions. Adam was very sweet and kind to me! I would also like to thank both Lexi and Jody who are also wonderful nurses there! I would also like to thank Sydney the manager for getting me in without an appointment this morning! “My father and I recently visited with our dog bella for some concerning symptoms. From the start, the staff at VCA treated us so incredibly kindly. The front desk staff, Dr. Beck and Nick, the VA, treated Bella like their own pup. Highly recommend !
Update: Our last and oldest doggy was put to sleep last night at VCA Coconut Creek. I just have to speak on how comforting, respectful and caring Dr. Beck was with our little old man. He was 19 years old and rapidly declining in a matter of a month and she has been nothing but helpful and dependable throughout the whole process. She truly cares about the quality of life of all animals under her care. I highly recommend trusting her with your pet’s care, no matter how old❤️”

“I have been taking Loca to this vet for about 3 to 4 years and they have been by far the best vet clinic she has visited. They do care about her and treat her with love and respect each and every time. I think a lot of people go out of their way to post negative reviews because things don't go their way, but I have to say, these professionals are the best in the area! “Dr Ramirez saved our dog. He’s super old. We went on vacation and when we returned he was incredibly sick. We really thought It was the end. We prepared our family to say goodbye to our dog. She was so respectful and said “I think we should just try something… “. Either way, she was happy to either help him cross the rainbow bridge, or just try something for a week and see if we see an improvement. Sure we could’ve spent thousands on ultrasounds and scans but surgery wasn’t in the stars for our dog.

She granted a new lease on our dogs life… after a rough week—he was back to his old typical self!! This was in November—so we have had an extra 3 months so far. Again, he’s an old man dog and I’m not sure how much time he has left, but we are so grateful for this extra time with him and for the care and respect Dr Ramirez showed our dog and our family.

We still aren’t sure what causes Bourke to get sick. I’m assuming he ate something bad. It was pretty horrific amounts of blood and diarrhea and he was seizing. We really thought It was the end… We were given prescription bland dietary cans of food, pre and probiotic, and our dog is back!

Thank you Dr Ramirez and team!! I hope you know how happy you’ve made our family. I’ve been meaning to thank you and should’ve posted this review sooner.”

“First thing is getting someone to answer the phone and scheduling is SUPER easy. That means a lot in a world where you can even hit "0" anymore to speak to someone! Just added an additional dog to the family and brought her in, and as usual, the service is top tier (wish I had this kind of ease at my doctor appts lol).
Very informative, not pushy on buying services (cause things are not cheap anymore). I will always recommend them!! Thank you.

“my dog cotton was diagnosed with cataracts about a year and a half From the veterinarian eyecare center.At the time I was freaking out About medication that my dog cotton needed and was not given. I had missed an appointment and I was informed that they could not give my dog her eye medication until she gets evaluated. They gave me a really quick appointment. I talked to the doctor and she told me it’s not their rules. It’s the board rules and they could lose their license. So knowing all that and except for that one situation. The staff and the doctors have shown nothing butCare And compassion not only for cotton But the owner too. I know, dog owners always Fear veterinarians because of the prices, but their prices are fair And at this time, I have nothing but good things to say”

“We are beyond grateful for Dr. Harkavy and the entire team at Royal Palm Vet. We had to bring our dog in on short notice after she woke up suddenly paralyzed. The team quickly assessed her condition, suspected IVDD, and immediately started treatment with acupuncture. We saw positive signs after the very first session (a tail wag) which gave us so much hope. We continued with the recommended sessions, and the results have been incredible. She is now able to walk, go to the bathroom, and function independently again. The care, compassion, and expertise shown by everyone at Royal Palm Vet truly changed our dog’s life. We can’t thank Dr. Harkavy and the staff enough and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.”

“Update: I went and picked up my sweet baby today. Didn’t think I would get through it but we did. When we picked up the box I thought I hope it’s not the wrong dog since it’s a huge box. We got home and opened it and we all immediately started crying. The urn/memorial box is absolutely beautiful. They even put his picture already on it with his name and paw print ( I have included below.) I want to thank you for taking the time to go out your way to include a picture that I included on a former review. It was really meaningful and special that y’all took the time to do this. The little things like this is what makes this animal hospital special. They really do care and go above and beyond.I cant say enough about here. I never expected to bring my boy here and never bring him home again when I brought him here. The doctor was amazing and explained this might happen but he will do everything in his power to make sure this don’t happen. Unfortunately within 24 hours Max went from smiling and walking in the vet to not even able to hardly lift his head. Max unfortunately had a huge mass that seemed to be cancer. No one wants to have to put their baby down but I’m glad he is not suffering. The staff was very caring , compassionate and sympathetic . We had to put his sister down a little over a year ago at a different place and it was a horrific experience that is still etched in my head. They did everything completely opposite. I’m so glad they tried everything the could do to try to save his life and not give up on him. Max had a heat stroke Sept 2022 and had a temp of 108.9 and survived even though we were told it was impossible. Max fought his way and survived and we got a little over a year with him more. Unfortunately a horrible disease had to take his life. I would recommend every single person looking for a warm caring compassionate place that will take care of your baby like their own this is the place I promise, you will not regret it. Oh by the way I forgot the pricing is very good. I will never ever use another place again and will continue to tell everyone about this amazing place.”

“my dog Luna was so sick. she was on floor in exam room and I was on the floor with her. the doctor and her assistant came in and sat right down on the floor with Luna and I and performed an exam right there. it was sweet and mt dog was calm and felt no stress. “Brought my kitten here for a spay and they have honestly done such an amazing job, her incision is so small and healing really nicely to be 5 days old, she was back to herself in no time and seemed to have very minimal pain. I would recommend them to anyone, the process of making the appointment and paying was very easy as well”
